@howard I know you are not looking for a J bass but you could try out the Woodline417 with the turbo switch engaged. It has an unique sound and reminds me of a P. You have a pref for a j neck profile right?

That FGN double P is pretty impressive. Best sounding P bass I’ve ever heard.

Using my SIMs bass, I can configure them for double P.
In all of the 15 combos I can get from them, this is the singularily most interesting, different and cool and useful of the bunch for sure.

True, but a Quarter Pounder is still called a Quarter Pounder in The Netherlands… Don’t know about France. I’m actually in France for my summer vacation currently, so I’ll see if I can confirm the “Royale with Cheese” theory!
