Why not look on the ‘pre-loved’ market. Given the price of a Dingwall, they are frequently well looked after, and you could find a bargain.
…and if you end up not liking it (highly unlikely), you’ll be able to sell it for what you paid for it.
Always good advice.
That’s an option, but it still requires saving up since new and used are all out of my budget right now.
?
That’s not my experience when I swapped out my Mexican Fender pickups for the DP122. The DP122 is the same pickup used in the DP126 P&J set.
Sorry, must have forgotten the smiley emoji - I was half joking
This what I did…, very risky for your wallet.,.
took them long enough but they are finally here. the most loved bass on the planet (well by me anyways). and omg that green though
I’ll report back when the Dingwall JT arrives!
Love that Blood Orange! I need another Bongo!
I am not super excited about them only being HH this time.
One of these could be a lot of fun. I guess it’s cheap bass porn.
adding to the short scale thread
More bass porn. Totally my budget for when I win the lottery.
Marty O’Brian seems to be a chap after my own heart
Black Knight PP variant with pitch-black fretboard, played by Marty O’Brien of Disturbed and Daughtry.
This sounds dirty, like a Monty Python sketch that ends with:
Damn it Howard! I just spewed water all over my bleedin desk.
I’ve heard that a lot about HH vs single H. I’m really curious why? I have a Bongo 4 HH and a Stingray and a Sterling both H. The HH seems more adaptable to me. I do like both though. I’m curious. That Blood Orange 5 string is singing to me louder and louder, or it just might be my tinnitus from Naval gunfire!
