Yeah I think most of them are cool dayglo colors. Probably rare now as he only made them a couple years.

Is there no Sub or Sterling version of the Bongo? That seems like it would be a compelling product. Surprised they don’t do it.
Like, just look at this amazing thing. They could make bank selling an intermediate-priced version of this.

i was actually kind of fascinated by those for a short while. he made them to be affordable quality entry level basses, and i really like how they look. they show up pretty regularly on reverb, pretty cheap too. and they made a short scale.

I also like the variations in slap intensity (for lack of a better expression) that he conjures!
One day, when I can slap, I think I would prefer these nonchalantly applied slaps rather than others, more in-your-face, slaps!
