ever seen a half inch thick bass, no you have not
I’m not getting his 1/2" thickness claim, unless he’s referring to the treble edge only. It’s visually thicker throughout various points on the body.
An Avengers bass! Calling Emma Peel. Calling Emma Peel. Diana Rigg made it to 82. R.I.P. Love you still!
Well, you had a good run, Mike, but not this one - sorry, buddy ![]()
It looks like cut out from my mum’s old kitchen table, with half a doily still on there.
It’s not ugly… just too bland for me! (Can’t have a bland bass on a bland guy, if you know what I mean
)
i kinda like it, very clean.
I’m a visual designer. I find the minimalism of this design appealing.
Personally, it’s not my bag, but I think its retro, yet uniquely hip, styling is cool looking in a Tarantino-revised-history kind of way.
And, for the record, I think you would look mah-velous sporting one of these on stage. ![]()
Exactly. ![]()
Gorgeous!!! (too many strings)
Yep, I agree. But they will build one with the correct number of strings upon request, though. ![]()
It’s cool that you can get it as a six string.
Never seen a Jabba as a 6. That would just be…wrong. ![]()
Not the HF models anymore, as far as I know (and have heard/been told). I am really not sure why…
I think the signature models are all fivers, probably because the artists play fivers. My Mala 4 was offered as a limited edition 4-string. Same with your Ferauds. Once those limited runs happened, that was it. This was why I had my custom built to my specs, with making it a 4-string being the most critical spec. Of course, that one spec rippled through all others, most importantly being the need for them to create custom Velvetrone pups.
