Oooh i like the one on the left
For the lefties:

I think this will be my next bass if I can sell my Collings for a reasonable price
The one on the left looks like a nice BB234 - the entry level model, about $300. Fantastic bass for the money, might be the best bass you can buy for that if you want a P/J.

The one on the right looks like a standard MIA Fender P-Bass to me
I think so too. Got it from the Yamaha forum so I initially thought it was a Yamaha.
Still porn!
It’s pretty mysterious!
I’m seeing a darkglass future for my Ray4
I think that one already got a whole topic of its own
Edit: it does:
Both MusicMan and DarkGlass fans are drooling all over it
I still need to go check out the one at Ikebe. Need to spend some points there anyway. I’ll be over by the store next week, maybe I’ll stop by. I meant to last time I was in the area but ran out of time.
Should have been a Bongo though
Just cut off the ends of the horns and the headstock and there you go
The part I have a problem with is “a little bit”.
I was underselling it. actually larry graham should make it his official bass.
otoh, the new kingpin is rather kick ass
Flip all that gold hardware to black and I’d have one in order
they must have had a lot of gold hardware overstock. actually I agree with t dub, gold hardware usually makes me gag. but MM is pretty tasteful with it, minus the bongo above
I like the matte black and gold.
When you’re making a bass like this, going justy a little bit overboard is tacky. You have to go Full Graham. I’m surprised they stopped at the knobs.
Had to send it back, headstock was broken when it arrived. I was pretty bummed. It was just as ever other thing I had was falling apart a the same time, so maybe it was a Peavey curse. I will hae to get everythig right again, then buy annother Peavey and see what happens.
