How have I never seen this?
There is a YouTube called channel called Bass vs. Zombie, and the guy does bass covers with tabs, he has one of those he plays on some songs.
I am not 100% sure if it is identical and if it is a B.C. Rich, but it looks similar and IS built by the guy that was the master builder for B.C. Rich, I just donât remember his name (the master builder for B.C.Rich)
I actually learned a song I covered on that site, Slayerâs Seasons in the Abyss.
He also did âHound Dogâ
He does a wide range of songs, its a pretty decent channel.
B.C. Rich has used multiple Split P pick ups on lots of designs, some with 3 split Pâs. Both normal and reverse.
I am pretty sure the Ibanez GSR line uses Revers P in its P/J config, and so do some other budget or beginner basses.
And now I am hungry for soup, wonder why.
I love the sound of Danelectro, and I can deal with the Short Horn body. The headstock on a Danelectro looks weird, but for the sound, I can live with it.
Great movie.
I hear it is good for your health to have one of those in your life.
I would love to have one to sit next to my B-4E. Not playing it as much these days, but I still love that bass, and it looks so damn cool, to have the match ing F would be awesome.
Those I can do without. Screams Gibson T-bird, and I donât like those, they just look umm. Lame IMHO.
I do like the headstock tho, very nice.
I still tiny the Stream is a cross between a Whale and a T-bird, not digging it.
Thats a mighty long list, isnât it
Again, not a fan of most bursts, but that one is done right, and the black hardware helps too.
I can probably do this Danelectro (if thats what it is, looks like a Danelectro headstock) even tho it is somewhat T-birdish. IDK why, its just kind of cool, and if it has the Danelectro sound, it could be a fun toy.
I realized today that Danelectroâs, even the short scales (which are about the same as standard scale) are just the bridge and pick ups pushed up the body a bit with closer fret spacing too, AND the neck is 1.65 at the nut, so they are not little SS basses with tiny thin necks like I thought they would be by looking at them.
IDK, but I liked that about Schecter, kind of a FU to Gibson. We will take your classic style and flip it, and there is nothing you can do about it. LOL
From the Zoom B6 home page:
I really want to know more about this ESP Edwards. I donât recognize it.
Ahh, here it is. Dragon Ash ('90s-2000s Japanese band) signature model.
about $650.

Thereâs a short scale version by Grassroots too.
Absolutely love the look of these
Probably sound awesome too. The switch is a series/parallel/split coil for the MM pup.
This is getting a bit too close to actual porn for my taste
Nice pickguard. Itâs a very âearly SciFiâ aesthetic.
ESP does retro really, really well
Never played a bar gig where the beer wasnât free so that could be handy
Spector Euro 5 Squid
Comes with a custom B7k
And for the record, I know the graphic is an octopus, they call it a squid
That may be the coolest bass I have ever seen⌠Too bad itâs only a five and not an eight string
Matchy matchy is kinda goofy
Looks cool, but the intonation just looks off, I know, lookaing at the wrong things
Oh that reeks of some marketer wanting the shot to emphasize the curve of the bass.
