Hey guys! I was just going through my downloaded schedule and found a lesson that just says “benchmark”. Is it just like a rest day? Just making sure.
That’s Billie Jean. It’s an optional benchmark lesson at the end of module 4 that’s meant to be harder than you’ve been doing until that point. It’s so you can play and see how much you still have to learn, and easy to find so that you can come back several modules later or when you’ve finished all modules and see how you compare.
Any posts in the forums you see about Billie Jean is referring to this.

If you ‘view all lesson’s’ in the modules, you can see the content summary of each video. Each lesson usually has it’s own comments section where you may find info you are looking for to save posting in the forums. As for ‘rest days’ you set your own schedule and rest when you need it or when life gets in the way.
