Oh man, I hope they add Maple in there so I can finally get that syrupy tone.
Got one to practice with Songsterr, but there is a slight delay with the sound and what is on screen. Nice device, but haven’t touched it in a while.
I use it with ToneLib Jam, which has a similar approach as Songsterr…
You can minimize latency when you use the Boss Katana Go in USB mode, not bluetooth. Make sure you have the latest firmware. Potentially, using the Katana in tuner mode improves things a little too…
Also, I don’t know if Songsterr can only be used in web mode. Using an application where you have control over audio settings (WASAPI, exclusive mode, buffer) will help a lot!
Thanks, will check this out for sure.
→ I have an unopened Katana GO headphone amp. What’s it worth?
Looks like it’s back:
Oh gawd…
And I had taken this idea out of my head
I already have two guitar headphone amps: the Fender Mustang Micro Plus and the NU-X Mighty Plug Pro. Do I need a third one? No. Did I buy a Katana Go 2 anyway? Yes. Why? Because it has 3 bass amps and all 60 effects work with them!
Thomann has gotten SO much of my money.
You have a 30 days period to send it back - is that over?
Doesn’t matter. I’m keeping them both. I have 3 dogs, and now I have a bass headphone amp for each of them.
Which bass does each of the dogs play?
My poodle/Jack Russell plays my 27" Valiant Mini Bass. I had to use a hanging Fender stand for it because the body was too small for my K&M stands. It went straight to the floor. He strums it with his wagging tail when he comes up behind me to get my attention.
Good timing, Andertons! Thanks for finding this. Thomann shipped the Katana Go yesterday.
