Yeah. That’s a bit of a bummer. I’ve been working on covering “Strict Machine” by Goldfrapp, and on my Zoom, I was running an Envelope Filter and a Defret during the verses.
I might be able to move things around and assign one of those to a different pedal spot. I’ll have to experiment more.
Less than ideal, but not a dealbreaker.
You can also just run the Zoom with the Boss for the time being as well.
Or just add additional effects in the DAW too.
Of course then you might get addicted to that workflow like me, and eventually want to sell all your pedals. I certainly wouldn’t go back to them by choice; for me it is way more flexible to record clean and do all the effects and amp tweaking in software. You can even keep the knobs if you like via MIDI Learn and a MIDI controller.

There’s about a 50/50 shot I’m spending several times the cost of that controller going to an event this month. If that doesn’t come through I guess I’ll get one.
