Did Mark ever recommend a bpm to work up to on all the sight reading courses?
All documentation says start at 80 but not sure about max. Maybe I missed it in the course videos from years ago
Thanks

For this course, Mark leaves it up to the student to determine the speed of the practice tempo. Accuracy and learning the fretboard is really the goal. As in all playing, speed comes with practice and repetition.

Thanks
I have had the lessons for a couple of years. Just wasnt sure if he had mentioned anything on those videos.
Thanks Again
At the end of Level 2, there are 3 ‘speed reading’ exercises that he has which start at 110 bpm (I had to start at 80), and go up to 200. Other than that, the worksheets all seem to be at 80. The ‘exam’ sample pieces vary from 65 to 165 or so (so far for me, nearing the end of level 3).

Thx. I forgot about the speedreading exercises in Sight Reading Course 1 Level 2
