I think I should get half credit. I’m married to an Alberta girl and can slip into a Canadian accent (like, a real one… not that aboot crap) at will. Also, if stuff goes pear shaped down here, the Hat is gonna have to deal with me.

Ottawa here too - brand new to bass (still on module 2 of the beginner to badass course), but I’m loving it so far. Glad to see a few other Canadians around here.

Born and bred Londoner (the Ontario one) here, though I’ve been living in Texas for almost 30 years.

The plan is to move back up to the area within the next year or so, so maybe a bass meetup in 2028!

(Also, I sat next to Catherine Bach on a flight a couple of years ago and fixed her phone - that’s my Dukes of Hazzard story.)

If Alberta decides to separate from Canada … I’m moving to London, Ontario … and will Stalk Digital Extremes until I get a job with them. ( Warframe Developers ) LOL …

Not sure if you saw Tenno Concert 2025 … BUT … Rebecca Ford (Creative Director of Warframe / the VOICE of “The Lotus” ) … PLAYS BASS… for the WHOLE concert!!!

Oh… and the show… was opened by Steve Sinclair … the CEO … playing “Smiles from Juran” on accoustic guitar…

Where do these people have the time to run an AMAZING game… and rehearse for an AMAZING concert???

I love everything about them. I’ve played for years but kind of ignored the main quest and just finished The Second Dream/War Within and holy shit I have never seen a fan base keep a secret so well - which really tells you how much people love the game. They don’t spoil it. It’s like a whole new game and that stuff has been in there since 2015. I had no idea.

For anyone just starting - finish the star chart before grinding, and play up through “The Second Dream” and “The War Within” on the main quest before googling. It starts in the Uranus/Neptune part of the star chart so you will know you’re getting close. No spoilers. The immediately prior quest is “Natah” and that’s where the plot twist starts. I would try and do all three in one sitting but it’s fine if you cannot - it’s more that you will want to.
