Fender just announced a Chrissie Hynde signature telecaster and it’s about damned time. She is one heck of an artist.
First time I saw Chrissie was in the 80s. Simple Minds was the opener, and Chrissie had broken her leg the day before. She played the whole show hobbling around the stage on a walking cast. Didn’t affect her performance, it was fire.
