@vjblan Instead of a pop-up or ad blocker, it could be a script that’s blocked. I just tried it, using Firefox with NoScript, and had to allow several scripts that were blocked in order for the Contact Us link to work. Clicking gives a pop-up window to send a message:
I did not see an email address on the “How do I contact you for help?” page. There is also a small “Contact Us” link at the bottom, right after the words “Still need help?,” but it opens the same pop-up.
