I know many folks here either use DaVinci Resolve video editing software or are interested in learning more about it. Or perhaps both.
One of the guys on YouTube I follow that has a ton of DaVinci Resolve content is Casey Faris. The guy is super knowledgeable, humble, kinda funny, and has a knack for teaching. (Kinda like a certain bass teacher I can think of …)
Anyway, the reason I post this is I just saw that he posted a full training course to YT for absolutely free. It’s four and a half hours of content and is meant to be pretty comprehensive for a beginner. For those of you looking to learn more about video editing, particularly with DaVinci Resolve (which has a completely free version available), this might be a good resource:
