Dealing with Reverb Support is frustrating

I don’t think he’d appreciate a visit from me after he’s tried to screw my brother. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

this whole thread is so weird to me, the few times i’ve had to interact with reverb they’ve been great.

I had ordered a bass from a company in Virginia who photographs all their instruments in front of corrugated galvanized siding, and it happened to be a B stock instrument. I photographed the blemishes and submitted a claim. They didn’t respond, so I contacted Reverb and left negative feedback. They wanted me to pay return shipping, so I contacted Reverb again. They agreed to send a label for return and I shipped it back. On the claim follow up, they indicated that the damage came from the shipper, filed a claim against the shipper, and then relisted the instrument as new. They’re in Virginia and photograph their instruments in front of corrugated metal siding.

Funny, replying to myself for an update. Purchased the same guitar as a clearance from G&L for less than half of what the company in Virginia wanted, and the only flaws are a burr on the neck plate and a burr on the bridge. YAY!!!

Indeed! $372 to my doorstep. SB-2 in surf green with a maple fretboard. Has great tone. Only casualty was a polyester shirt that got ‘balled’ due to the bur on the neck plate. Until I fix that, it’s cotton shirts only with that one. Good thing the shirt was purchased on clearance too!
