I like the chat function. Still, here’s how you should be able to disable chat:
Go to the chat by clicking the chat bubble to the right (next to your avatar).
Press the “<” to go one menu back. If you don’t see it, click on the minimize arrows to the right.
Then click on the pencil, or edit button to the right of the word channels.
Now you should see the menu below, where you can click “Leave” to exit the channel.
Or you can stay there and have a chat with us!

The one really annoying thing that is happening is zillions of OLD relay, quotes, likes, etc are showing up in the sidebar icons making me think there are more new responses than there are. I assume it has something to do with the cutover but man it’s annoying. They weren’t there before all this as I’ve looked at them (except all the likes, I kinda ignore them. Too many).
I just dismissed them all
