This series is amazing. They play a song without the drums and have their guest drummer come up with a drum part after one or two listens. I think Josh did a video like this a while back with a bassless track. I am so far away from being able to do this on bass that it might as well be the moon, but I would like to get there someday.
This guy really nails this song. His ability to hit every transition amazes me and I honestly think his take is better, more interesting and fun to listen to than the original.
Yeah I really like these too, and have been watching them recently…the Chad Smith one is good, and the Domino Santantonio ones are too, and I watched Jonathan Moffetts one yesterday (amazing self taught drummer), he did a one taker too

yeah, I guess they’ve been doing this series for a while now, like years I think. And I realize these guys are all professionals, but I’m always super impressed.
