Epiphone Thunderbird sounds out of phase and double triggers Octaver

Hello

Has anyone had this type of issue? When both volumes are on full, the sound drops and the octave pedal triggers twice. It sounds like the pickups are out of phase. I did solder one on and followed the instructions I found but I don’t know what I’ve done!

Did it work correctly before you mucked with it? If so, there is where to start looking to find the problem. Curious if it is fixed.
