I think it is a grounding issue with the amp, it is not plugged directly to the socket and I have some uhh “questionable” power cables in the way…
I’ll try buying decent cables first and if that does not work then it is warranty time…

Grounding issues are common and amps can be really sensitive to a floating ground. I would not be surprised if this is it too.

Just seeing the still shot of those guitars getting rolled over made my stomach drop. Think of all the students they could have donated those to.

Then again, they were Gibsons, so maybe they were just being realistic about their own quality control

SGs for life! I have wasted so much money on Fender, Schecter, GL, and so forth. My original first electric SG has been the best guitar. Ibanez is the only other brand that works for me out of the box with Jackson coming in second
