Free recording software built for ease of use.
Available for Windows, Linux, Apple, and Android.
I have high hopes for this, as I need something simple. If it can do video at the same time, this would be a huge benefit.
It doesn’t seem to fit in the full DAW category. I look forward seeing what everyone thinks.

Oooh, neat. I, too, need something really simple.
Edit: never mind the rest of what I had initially posted… evidently, I am a dunderhead.

I downloaded it on my phone. I have Presonus Studio One as a DAW, which is Fender, so I’m hoping they play well together

Interoperability with a DAW is supposed to be key in what they built.
Another thing I was reading said that, under the interface, a lot of it came from the Studio One DAW.
It looks a lot like garageband, which I mean as a compliment. This gives non Apple users something simple, portable, and powerful enough to get their stuff recorded on the go.

I get the need for Android, but for iOS and desktops - why not just use a DAW?

I can even understand desktop. It’s nice to record and be able to mix on your desktop later. I’m not sure I see the use case on iOS or MacOS though.

Thanks for posting that! It seems pretty good for a free app. I like the layout of the fx tab. Seems really intuitive.
