I’m not a huge Flea or RHCP fan so I had no idea about some of the other stuff Flea does outside of the slapping that he’s so famous for.

That was so cool! I had read that Flea played trumpet before he ever played bass but I had never heard him play before.

Agreed, but he has at least dabbled in the trumpet for quite awhile…
I think he actually got back to university to study trumpet
