Thanks, I use wall hangers for storage but have a collapsible stand to use while I’m practicing if I want to take the bass off for a few minutes to get on the computer. Does not work well with a jazz

is it a 3 ply pickguard on your SBV ? mine has a 1 ply

Yes 3-ply. Interesting, besides the pickup that is the only difference between the 550 and 500 that I have ever heard.

A couch is optional, but a rug is mandatory. One that really ties the room together

Hey Guys! I got a new American P deluxe with the P+MM configuration. I’m loving the bass, but I’m thinking I want to change the preamp. Anyone have a preamp for a Pbass that they would recommend? I have been looking at the Darkglass tonecapsule or an audere.

Congrats. It’s actually P/ double J not MM. the pickup is much, much harder to find, lol. I only know that Delano is offering one and no one else at the moment, lol. I made my own with my project.
