I contacted Gretch customer service and explained that I was disappointed that the G2220 said it had humbuckers and after I purchased it I found out otherwise. They asked for my serial number and copy of purchase receipt. They offered $100.00 credit towards Gretch items. I said the only thing I would be interested in was a hard case. They emailed back and said they were out of stock, however, when they came in they would ship me one
