Help me extracting the bass line for this song (Basrah W Atoh - Cairokee)

I’ve been trying for days to understand the bass line for this song “Cairokee - Basrah w Atoh”
However, I feel like there is something missing. The pattern is the same and the chords are pretty simple: E(flat) minor, A(flat) minor, B, A#, C#.
The pattern if I’m not mistaken is playing first note of the chord, fifth, 3rd, and then I’m getting lost, is it second then mute? or seconds, first and mute?

Hope that someone could assist here

Thanks

Here’s the track with boosted bass. I hope it answers some. Im not able to get to my bass atm.

The Eb minor sequence (right when the bass comes in at 0:41) is Eb - Bb - Eb - Gb, or 1-5-1-3. It seems to repeat the same pattern, but I haven’t gone through it all the way.

This should help. The notes in red are the bass track. You can see the note names on the piano keys (also in red) when they are played, or just trace the lines. Enjoy!

Seems like this gets blocked in a lot of countries. If that’s the case, you can download the file directly here:

Thanks a lot  that’s really helpful, going to try it now and maybe create a tab to share it here. Got curious about how you managed to create the notes in the video though :grimacing:

You are very welcome! Thanks for sharing the song, it’s beautiful.

The output in the video came from a program called RipX DAW. Like many similar programs, it can separate the various instruments into their own tracks. This takes it one step further by identifying each of the notes as well.

Good luck with the song!

Yeah, I didn’t know about it, just installed it and started to tinker around
Thanks again

Thanks for effort, unfortunately Youtube removed the video
