Hey anyone able to tell me why the links in my User Video Index don’t have the video title anymore? I don’t know what I did to mess them up, what do I do to fix them?

Probably nothing you did yourself. My guess would be it’s an issue with the forum software. We’ve seen issues with YouTube video embedding on and off for quite some time now.
