is indeed something I’ve done with Kaban Board such as Trello uses. Due to my background I’ve been using other, more projectmanagement related tooling like factro.com (yeah I know their main site is in German 
, it is available in English as well) which allows me to keep even more track of my progress. Such as the link between, bass, singing, band, rehearselrooms and recordings) 
Nice idea to show your setup for this, never thought of that myself to share
