How To Change Email?

Basically, I signed up with my backup email but want to change it now that I see that I get notifications when people reply to me (I don’t usually check my backup.) Is it possible for me to change my account’s email or have @Bassbot or @JoshFossgreen do it? Thanks!

I currently know how to do the following things:

@bassbot start {name-of-tutorial}

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message. {name-of-tutorial} can be one of: tutorial, advanced tutorial.

@bassbot roll 2d6
