Same! Finally teach me how to use this brick I have. Not really moving through the justinguitar stuff. Been trying the School of Rock guitar stuff since I have access to it for my bass “lessons” but not sure how helpful it is. But if GB is anything like BB, I’ll sign up in a second.
@JoshFossgreen Is this Alex’s official introduction? It feels very Blues Clues when they replaced Steve with Joe (I think Steve left to do music with the Flaming Lips).
FYI: I had to disconnect from my VPN to connect to that URL. I hope that’s not the case once it goes live.
I’m committed to purchasing the new Beginner2Guitargod course (or whatever it will be called), even though I still haven’t figured out how not to mute adjacent strings. There are some great guitar players with very stubby fingers. If they can do it, I must be able to do it. Well, that’s that’s what I’m hoping for.
I didn’t either but I appreciated the assist. Tbh though, I get more excited about shopping for bass stuff. Throwing guitar into the mix has made me more platform agnostic. For instance, instead of a bass amp, I’d rather invest in multi fx and PA’s. Need to buy an ASAT (telecaster) still also. I’ll make that my graduation gift for finishing Guitarbuzz again when the final version gets released.
This is my situation and why I’m failing out of JustinGuitar as the first lessons are chords I pretty much can’t do. Kingfish Ingram is my inspiration for being able to play with short stubby fingers. I figure if he can make a guitar sing, it’s at least possible for me.
i was about 340 when I went to prison, due to my disability, but after getting new knees I am down under 275. Still got a way to go due to my medication slowing my metabolism down slower than a snail, but slowly and surely is the way.
Plus they load us up with starch and carbs and cardboard inside. I craved raw veggies and fruit for so long its about all I eat now with good sources of protein.
I feel so much better and its not even 3 weeks yet.
