So far (2 modules in) having never played a ‘guitar’ in my life, it’s really good.
Same familiar format as Bass Buzz (not a surprise) and the teacher is likeable (just strange it not Josh sitting there dispensing the lessons)
So, so far top marks all around
Looking forward to the end of the month to actually meet @JoshFossgreen and thanking him for Bass Buzz and now Guitar Buzz

The course is fantastic, I was in the beta, it is exactly what it says on the label - BassBuzz for guitar. Alex is a great teacher.

Well, just bought the course and only done a few modules but it took me straight away to my first lessons with Josh. The laidback approach, the thorough explanations, the “dorkiness” which I always take as a good sign, since it makes the love for what you, do shine through.
Here’s my guitar, which was gifted to me from a good friend. All the grown ups (basses) has taken well to their new little brother and even thought he should stay in the middle of the family already, to feel welcome.

Yeah, I think so, everything from jazz to metal is now covered. With 3 instruments, 1 amp and 3 pedals all within a month. My GAS is deflated. Much to relief of my credit card.

This is a great course and I highly recommend it. I signed up hoping to learn or improve a few skills on bass. However, after finishing the course, I’ve gotten much more out of it. I’m looking forward to recording bass + guitar covers!

I noticed there’s a few songs in the GuitarBuzz first 50 songs pack that are also in the BassBuzz song pack. Can’t wait to record both parts!

Finished up Module 1 and 2 and KUDOS @JoshFossgreen and team, everything is really perfect. Thanks for listening from the Beta, I can see you heard the struggles and took them to heart. Everything builds on each other, simple to start, speeds right of lessons and workouts, etc. Holy crap I am finally going to learn to play guitar!

6 days is gonna be tough to beat
I just finished the module where he introduces the first 4 full major chords (Module 5 in the final version). Hands down the best guitar training I’ve ever seen in 30 years of trying (and failing mostly) to learn guitar. One thing I’ve noticed thats different in the lessons themselves is that Alex spends more time telling you how to position your hand. For example, for a C you should have your palm facing up. For a G, turn your palm towards the body of the guitar. That kind of stuff.
The pre-workouts for that module are fantastic. I’ve got them bookmarked just as a finger and chord transition exercise. Anyone that has done Justin’s courses will recognize the on and off drills, then the speed change drills. Alex improves on what Justin teaches imo.

I realized that I was gonna be ok once I made it through that module.
Alex does a fantastic job through the entire course, but that one gets an A+++!
