Ouch! Man hope you feel better soon.
Hang in there. You’ll be back before you know it
Oof, get better soon!
Please get better soon!
Dang! That’s a lot of bang ups!
Hopefully, all will heal quickly.
Hope you get better soon!
Thanks alot, it only hurts when i touch it, or bend it too far, lol. Mostly itching and sore to the touch. Nothing broken, just badly bruised and dinged thank god. Bruised just bad enough to remind me just how mortal I am.
so the obvious… what did you do
Ouch….get better soon!
Got hit with a aluminum canoe rafting. Was camping in the boonies for a couple weeks and ended it with some rafting, 2 knuckleheads fell out and the canoe launched at me and 3 friends. The edge of the canoe slammed into my wrists as I deflected it from doing real harm. The edge of the thumb at the wrist took most of the impact. Once that happened I momentarily allowed my knee and foot to hit rocks pretty hard while using one hand and leg kicking the canoe away from our raft. Happened quick too.
It always does.
Sucks man, sorry to hear you got dunked by the other guys. Hope you feel better soon.
Sounds like some ninja moves going on there.
I kinda figured there was going to be some story along the drunken canoeists sort of vein
get better soon
I used to go rafting every weekend when I lived in Idaho. Some strange mishaps, but nothing like that. Nothing broken, so soon it will be all good.
It was just a area where canoes really shouldnt be going through. It was aluminum too. It had some dents and nicks when it finally made it through with no occupants. We actually pushed it ashore for them to retrieve down the river. We didnt know these guys, they too were enjoying the water and escape from the heat.
There were people busting their butts attempting to ride the rapids on boogie boards. That was fun to watch
I about killed myself in a car wreck and had multiple injuries. Tore both shoulders out 5 broken ribs, a cracked sternum, deep brusing and some arterial damage in my leg with 3 surgeries on it. It hurts when I try to play but its a lot better these days. Just ease into it and try not to have too much pain.
In gonna play some tonight. Try and cover a course or two…
