I think I’ll throw m basses on the fire!

Whilst flicking through some you tube vids I stumbled across Aaronthebassist. Have a look at him playing gospel. At 9 yrs of age I have been playing bass longer than he has been alive! So not only will my basses go on the fire but my amps and cabs as well lol.

He should stop smoking though. Those burns on the headstock sure look ugly

Well, tobacco anyway. Not gonna harsh on the little guy if he needs a little herb to bring the funk.

Super sweet and fun!

I am going to try and make more faces when I play…it might be a miracle for me and my playing.

I would be very careful doing that because the polyurethane finish gives off really toxic fume. Another pyro tip. It’s best to disassemble neck from the body so you can keep the bonfire at the minimum :joy:

Yes, it’s all very well these kids coming along and totally showing up oldies like me with their talented playing, but it’s just wrong when they show up our bass faces as well.

I’m going home, and I’m taking my bass with me! So there! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I’m just going to be like that over zealous wedding drummer but with my bass face. It’ll be like Jim Carey from the Ace Ventura days.

I saw Tommy Emmanuel live for the first time about 6 years ago. After the show while getting his autograph I felt about the same with my guitars. Luckily he advised against. I’ll just pay that forward OK?

Well, at nine years old, you still have a lot of room to improve.
