I saw that he had stage 4 cancer back in December. I was expecting to see this article but it’s still a bummer. Between Lou Reed, Bowie, the Dolls, and Roxy Music, a lot of musicians that I love coming out of the early 70s are gone.

By all accounts, particularly Dolly’s, he was a good man. Dolly has always had a remarkable spirit of positivity, but this has to be devastating for her. Peace to them both.
