He’s one of my absolute favourites, I went off Living Colour after he left. ‘Vivid’ is still one of my all time favourite albums.
Fun Fact: although Living Colour are an American bad, they spell ‘Colour’ the correct way

Seriously though, Muzz does return from time to time when Doug Wimbish is unavailable. Muzz left the band on good terms, which is good to hear considering some of the acrimonious departures from some groups.

Hello,
I’m Jakub (or Jacob, if it’s easier), and I started playing 3 months ago and have been doing this course for 2 of those.
Thanks to the early exposure to 60/70/80/90’s rock classics by my dad (probably as early as on the way home from hospital I was born in…), I’ve always been interested in music and in this genre in particular.
I’ve always admired the showmanship of the lead guitar but felt more in tune with the groove of drums and bass. I’ve dabbled in drums when I was 18, but due to lack of environment to practice regularly I quit.
Now I’m 33 and learning to play bass has been AWESOME. I love the fact that I can just practice at home without disturbing anybody much, I practice most days for at least 2 hours - some lessons, some free practice with whatever song pops to my mind (mostly random “cool licks” from fav songs).
Josh’s teaching style is perfect for an absolute beginner like me, very easygoing and encouraging. Between the general (positive) nerdiness and the jokes, I feel like we could have been pals in real life
Anyway, feels good to be here!
