I grabbed one with my cell. Trying to make sure my band mates are ok with posting it. Which is silly because we performed in front of a room of other people who could have easily posted it on their own but hey, I gotta be respectful.

Well here it is. I’m only going to post one of the 2 we did but I think this one was the better song anyway.

For my very first time on stage I think I did pretty well. I think I’ll be more comfortable playing for drunks in a bar than I was playing for musicians at an open mic :rofl:

The part at 2:25 took a while to get. I was stoked I only dropped a couple of notes.

Just got back from our 2nd open mic. I couldn’t hear myself on stage but I think I still pulled it off.

A guy who had asked for our card last time was there with his dad this time. Apparently they own a club, his son is a big fan and they want us to come and play sometime!!! :star_struck:

I had a tuff time pulling myself together for tonight but I realized that everyone gets jitters and performance anxiety when they show up at a new job. Yes each performance is like an all new job but really you are just doing the best version of you… It all works out.

Anyway we tried to get better video this time so hopefully I’ll have so to post soon!

Here’s one of the 2 songs we did. The audio quality on this one is REALLY bad. We are using a zoom mic and at the beginning it almost sounds like it is bouncing off the table. Sorry…

It’s doing of the thing. It’s the getting off your ass and giving it a go that’s important.

If you can’t hear yourself on stage, that’s what the volume knob is for :slight_smile: I enjoyed it.
