In one of his early B2B lessons, Josh advises students taking the course on laptops to use external speakers. So, I’ve been thrashing the web and everything I seem to find looks like cheap junk. I figured y’all have something in mind that you could recommend. Input and links, if allowed, are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
What country are you in and what’s your budget?
I have a pair of these:
Can’t remember if I got them on a deal but it was only a year ago and I only paid £115 for them! However they are very good, and have surprisingly good bass response; if anything a bit too bassy and I have had to wind the bass down a little on them. They have a multitude of inputs including an aux 3.5mm.
I have 2 pairs of these. Love them. I started with the 3.5” but need more bass to fill the room. The Bluetooth one is convenient.
Yeah I reckoned the 4.5" were worth the extra. So versatile; I have my PC permanently plugged into them via the RCA sockets, my Focusrite Scarlett via the balanced 6.35mm (1/4") sockets, and an mp3 player via the 3.5mm in the front. I didn’t go for the bluetooth; my practise room already has enough RF noise to cook me!
USA and i have a decent budget
Amazon US has the non bluetooth for 129, so that’s perfect! Thank you Highland!!
