That’s super weird on the screws, not all being the same length, therefore:
My guess is someone took them all out and put them back in the incorrect spots, not knowing they were different.

I did find some M3 x 30 Silver screws at Ace Hardware. Not black but at least I can see if they will work before looking for some black ones.

Ace hardware usually has a good selection of screws.
You could use a black sharpie to paint them black.

Update to any of you helping me out with my intonation issues on the Cort C4!
I loosened up the Truss rod a few turns checking the intonation each time and was able to get the intonation on the open string and 12th Fret perfect on all strings. I even got the 24th Fret in tune on 3 of the 4. Not worried about that far up the Fret board, my name aint Josh!
Still have not found the M3x30 screws in black. I will check with McMaster Carr.
