I want to improve my on-the-fly Nashville numbers responsiveness and I couldn’t find any tools for it, so I created one. It will give you a random key (or you specify one), count you down, then spit out random numbers for you to play along with. I also gave it a common chord progression mode, and a chugging practice mode, because I also need help with that, and it’s my tool, so you can’t really stop me.
It’s got a setup page for the tempo, the amount of lead in you get on the new chord, and several other useful features. I even gave it a toggle so guitarists can use it too. If you’re interested, check it out. If there’s any traction, I’ll move it to its own domain.

I just added a fretboard trainer. Pick the string(s) you want to train on, and it gives you notes to find.

This is great! I’m trying to get the younger musicians in our church to learn the system, this’ll be a great tool!

That’s great, I hope it helps. We use numbers all the time. It’s so much easier when a vocalist says, on Sunday morning, “can we do it a step higher?” Shift fingers, done.

Truly is! They always ask how I “transpose so quickly”, and I always tell them this. This will also show me who actually practices their scales and knows their scale degrees at the very least.
