I Yesterday Got a Used Kala ubass as my travel bass, and MAN! I am Nothing but suprised with how GOOD it is! Although, its used, Its has barely any scratches on it, except for this small little ding at the edge,
Other than that, FLAWLESS! It sounds amazing and loud, maybe cuz’ of the roundwound strings on it and not those horrible rubber band strings. It sounds, plays, feels and looks good!

I’m planning on it early next year, kind of as a prize for finishing the course. I’ve pretty much nailed it down to the Kala Exotic Mahogany. It’s so thumpy it just tickles my brain.
