Needs help with Warwick

Wow that’s awesome! @Barney I do/ did more cross country and super D so I gotta climb it and with mud clinging the wheel the wheel weight increases exponentially. This is before pedal assist. I was dying on the climb and my 28lbs 6.5” travel bike felt like a 50 lbs bike, lol. Plus I’m definitely not a DH guy air time makes me nervous, haha. I’m ok with a second or two of flight but anymore I run out of things to do in the air and just become a dead sailor.

I was on an Intense prototype DH bike on a Super D Race course, it was so awesome but I realized quickly that it’s definitely not for me, I was pushing as hard as I dare and still left picking up the rear, them crazy white boys has different DNA, :joy: d

It’s been quite a revengeful week thanks to SamAsh but like everything else, I’ll live! Lol.

Oh wow! The masterbuilt was deliver in a Chamaeleon Tesla Model X, lol.

It’s quite breath taking in person. The level of refinement and attention to detail. Even the $500 bag it came with is just next level. This one has the Lithium batter that I have to plug in on the back plate USB port. Just like the Fishman, I’m sure it’s from Fishman. I have not opened it up just yet. It’s definitely a prime candidate for the Optima Gold strings, lol.

Though the pictures worth a thousand words seeing this in person adds another dimension to this bass.

 Really like that detail in the middle. Very unique!

So does your wife know you got a new bass worth a small fortune

I tune a lot of basses with top notch tuners when I tune this one, I did a double take. It felt so refine and awesome. I’m gonna put Wenge peg on all my basses lol.

No not yet, I made an operation appointment to sell one of my Kidney next week, that should cover this week spending spree, lol.

You better make follow-up appointments for various other organ-ectomies, @Al1885.

And update your home insurance policy to cover all the high-end basses in your garage that are worth more than your car. :kissing_heart:

No kidding! My wife jokingly said to me a few weeks ago if I want to get a new car(her new car and I take over her car :joy:) or I’d rather get another bass, ha ha. Well that was a few weeks ago right, things change.

Warwick really is a great company, probably the best “big little company” in music. Get ready for excellent customer service. The Warwick Forums are super good too, very friendly.

There’s a gap in your collection @Al1885 :smiling_imp:

Ahh, dammit. Now I’m going to have to go play some 'vettes and an NT, aren’t I.

Not buying but now you’ve made me curious about their fit for me vs my Streamer LX’s (which didn’t work for me).

I’m not sure which branch it’s in, but it might serve to give you a taste of the ergonomics.

Thanks! Looks like that one is in their Ikebukuro store. That’s not so far.

Finding Warwicks is not hard here. In fact I bought my second one from Ishibashi in Shibuya, and my first from Ikebe in Ikebukuro, near that Ishibashi
