Well I’m 53 and just started learning bass last August. I now have played with my church worship team for the past four weeks. I’m super green and still make a mistake or two. Hoping to learn so much from all you seasoned veterans.

Welcome! We’re not all seasoned veterans. I- like you- am 53 and just starting out. I still sound like a complete beginner and am half way through the B2B course! I definitely need to practice, practice, practice outside of the lessons.

Wow! Super inspiring buddy. I call mistakes “playing”. Ignore them, don’t look back, they’ll magically become fewer and less often.
