Hello, I’ve searched a bit, but haven’t got the search engine sorted. I’ looking to play through my laptop to start and am looking for recommendations for an interface to use with heasdphones.

I believe you’re looking for a Digital Audio Interface (DAI). I don’t know a lot about them but there are plenty of people on here who do.
