One Done!

So I finished module one today and I can’t believe I thought this was so hard. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not super easy either. Just not as hard as I thought. Pros make it look hard because they are so practiced at it and can do crazy things  So glad I decided to take this course!

First step to being a badass!

Josh will always make it look easy and make it understandable for the noobs that we all were to be able to complete the lessons.

There are some challenges up ahead… listen to what Josh says and don’t fret! There’s absolutely no shame in skipping one and coming back at a later date, nobody is cracking a whip behind your back!

No. You need to practicing your fretting.

Good point :stuck_out_tongue:

Just remember you don’t have to complete the fast exercise before moving to the next module and later modules will help when you go back to the ones you skip.

I know he says that but I can’t always bring myself to move on til i get it

That’s case for a lot of lessons, but there’s a few (Billie Jean a good example) where you really shouldn’t slow down your progress trying to get it on fast.

thanks for the tip

My newest regret is waiting so long to learn songs and scales. Don’t wait until mod 7. Scales really opened the fretboard for me. They start on the larger string, closest to the neck and then move to the next string, same pattern
