Not sure if this has been posted before, but I just came across this looking for tips on strenghtening the pinky for barring. 3 notes have never been harder, but this is a really good workout. Going to be doing this daily until that little bugger on the end of my hand gets useful.
Yeah ever since I saw that video almost 2 years ago, I still call it joint barring, even though Josh refers to as finger roll.
