Play your favorite songs as if you were

Hey bass players!

I’ve been having fun removing the bass from my favorite songs so I can play freely over them. It lets me lay down my own groove, work on my playing, and improvise. Over time, I ended up with a bunch of stems… so I thought, why not share them?

I know there are plenty of bass tab videos on YouTube, but most of the time, the bassists play over the track. What I wanted was a real backing track, without bass, so YOU can jam freely. No talking, no self-promo, no close-ups—just the music, tabs, and groove, with the original track at the right tempo and key.

If you like the concept, go ahead and look for PLAYBASS - Bass Playback n’ Tabs on YouTube—you’ll find me. :wink: And if there’s a song you’d love as a bass playback, let me know in the comments!

:fire: Happy grooving! :fire::guitar:

:fire: See you soon, and keep grooving! :fire::guitar:

Thank you so much! Since it was my first post, I wasn’t allowed to include a link, and I was afraid I’d come across as annoying if I immediately posted another one! That’s really kind of you, and once again, feel free—any of you—to let me know if there are any songs or bands you’re interested in!

Of course I have! Every song is striked! But as I said, I’ve no financial goal. If you want to know, I’ve made this with and for my little 7yo son, Youtube and bass addict, but now, the more he sees subscribers, the less he sleeps!
