Not me! Huge proponent of easy lines here.
I’m definitely working on all kinds of more complex stuff (right now it’s Do You Wanna Do Nothing With Me by Lawrence)- but simple, easy lines recharge me. Especially new punk stuff. If I sit down to work on something and it’s just not happening - that’s when I break about about half of Green Day’s stuff, all of Bowling for Soup, the Ramones, half of Tom Petty’s catalog - great songs, no thought (or finger dexterity) required. Bliss.
