Wow, there are already some really good bass covers here from @DLiqacy, @Ed, @BumbleJazz, @Barney, and @fennario. Fantastic work from all of you! I also have Cake’s “I Will Survive” on my list, but there is still a lot left to complete from the 50 song challenge. After hearing the great cover by @JustinAndSheba, I think I will finish the 50-song list before I post my take on that one. 
I managed to do songs 1-28 in 2023 and was hoping to finish “Otherside” as well, but all the small alternate ways of playing the riffs made it really hard for me to learn that song. As a result, my first song in 2024 will be song 29 on the list.
