Instead of the quiet vs loud chorus grunge dynamic its more rambling vs tight in this song
I really love the guitar in this one, though having listened to Eight Miles High countless times I have a soft spot for more experimental solos

It’s been ages since I clicked on the “What are you listening to” thread and the first post that I come to is this song on a post from February 2023 from @Old_WannaBe
Immediately fell in love with this song, and really enjoyed this album. I had never heard of this band before so I listened to their older music, which to my surprise sounded nothing like this album.
The bass is pretty quiet in this one and I had a hard time discerning certain parts from the isolated bass track. I might have missed some of the intricacies of some parts, it was just too hard to hear. Really a lovely song, wasn’t expecting the last minute either. Interesting structure too, I like how the song opens with the chorus. Quite the journey packed into this 6 minute gem. Didn’t have time to film this one but I am pretty happy with this take.

I really tried to like their other albums but a lot of it just sounds like noise to me! I enjoy a good scream every now and then as well but the indistinguishable lyrics and excessive bass drumming just doesn’t do it for me
