I’m totally here for some Tull! That would be awesome!
Deal! hahaha
Workin’ my way through this Crazy Horse catalog! Thanks for taking the time to listen to it.
It’ll have to be in the 2025 thread now since the time travelers have arrived! LOL!
Thank you Al!
Thanks Travis!
Awesome playing John!
Happy New Year’s to everyone! Thanks to all that showed me support and encouragement, as well as friendship this last year I’ve been in the forum. You guys, and gals, are my family in a sense, and I appreciate you! Here’s to 2025, tons of laughter, learning, friendships, and last but not least……many more bass covers for us all to post and enjoy!
Happy New Year to you as well bro! fresh year of Jaskson mayhem comin right up… we got this
Absolutely amigo
Happy New Year, my man! Looking forward to an amazing 2025 and hearing everyone’s music.
Got it in with 7 minutes to spare (mountain time zone). I’d have liked another crack at it to get some of the timing blips worked out but them’s the breaks. This is #1 in the 50 song challenge. Decided last second to do it on the P bass.
Pink Floyd - Another Brick in the Wall pt. 2
Snuck that one in at the buzzer! Nicely done on the cover!
I’m in MST as well up in Alberta Eh… lol
Have a great New Year!
Less than a minute to go. Have a great 2025. See you on the other side.
Thank you! This took a while to learn. The syncopated riffs took me a long time to get right but it’s something i feel like I have to learn if I want to do anything more lol
I only learned Cult of Personality as early as I did out of spite It wasn’t really supposed to be learned this year but I’m glad I did it because I learned a lot from it!
Thank you @saroohoo ! I love the Spector sound so much
Right on! Iconic bass line. I really like that lone, low, ominous note in the beginning and a little after minute 1 that just hangs there. It’s like this bell tolling that warns you that something bad is about to happen. Nice job!
literally describes the story of the whole album!
Sounds great Jerry…. What do you have string on the Ray?? Nylons??
Thanks Lanny! Yes. They’re D’Addario Nylon tape wounds:
Al @Al1885 turned me on to them last year when we had a SO-CAL meet up at his place.
