Schecter Omen Extreme 4

Anyone have one of these or given one a decent test drive?

One has caught my eye, although I’m a little miffed that it’s £200 more than the right handed equivalent.

nice. i was expecting a pointy metal thing.

Here’s the one I’ve seen:

Scroll down, it’s really annoying that the righty is almost 25% cheaper.

i can’t say for sure but i think that’s usually the case for lefties. sux though.

Left handed trees are harder to find.

It certainly is with some of the American Fenders. Something to do with having to reverse the design various components.

hunh. i always kinda figured it was just less sales, less demand, less profit.

I was looking at Bite guitars earlier (never heard of them before today), Austrian outfit that builds to order, and they’ve certainly caught my attention. Anyway, this is what happens when you want a lefty:

I have a stiletto stealth 4 that I’m pretty sure uses the same pickups. If this one has the same neck as the stealth it’s super fast and the tones and sounds are great.
