When I bought it I was a bit disappointed with the look of it but now it’s been on the P bass a while now I find my thumb naturally drifts to it .
I’m thinking I might order another for my Mustang @ArcaneK9

I am loving my zero mod thumbrest. It hasn’t gotten in the way of using a pick either. He does make ones for all different types of basses so you don’t have to do any drilling.

I have been very conscious of not hitting my thumb rest but I’m not 100% convinced I’m not . Maybe I might swap to a zero mod one in the near future ![]()

I have noticed many times when I use a pick I do also tend to play closer to my bridge pickup, that may have something to do with it!
